Senior Data Scientist, Digital Growth & Marketing AI

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of decision‑ready insights and advanced predictive models that will spearhead our data‑driven future. You will design and implement analytical and machine learning solutions that drive measurable business impact and enhance the consumer experience across channels. In this pivotal role, you will have the mandate to shape the future of data science at Fazer and set the agenda for where data and AI can create the greatest value. You are also curious about exploring and leveraging the rapid advancements in AI and agents.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Enterprise‑level data, analytics and AI agenda

• End‑to‑end responsibility for data‑driven use cases from concept to hands‑on delivery
• Identifying, scoping, prioritising and piloting data and AI use cases in close collaboration with business stakeholders
