Responsibilities

• Develop and own the end‑to‑end data migration strategy, including scope, phasing, timelines, and cutover approach
• Lead data mapping and transformation workshops across all CIS data domains
• Oversee data quality assessment and cleansing activities
• Collaborate with IT and vendor teams on ETL development, testing, and validation
• Lead mock migrations and support SIT and UAT data preparation
• Manage cutover execution for all data‑related migration activities
• Report risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones to project leadership and the PMO
