Job Description
Drive impact and customer relations as a Senior Customer Success Manager with Blackbaud. This role focuses on K-12 education, higher education, and nonprofits across Canada.
In this impactful position, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 75 customers, ensuring they realize value from our solutions. Your expertise in the Canadian social impact sector will help guide customer engagement, retention, and strategic growth.
