Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Introducing customers to the company’s services through detailed sessions.
Arranging teachers for demo/intro sessions and assigning classes.
Conducting regular follow-ups with customers.
Maintaining regular communication with students and teachers to ensure excellent service delivery.
Monitoring activities and collecting feedback from existing customers to identify areas for service improvement and implementing feasible customer suggestions.
Building strong customer relationships and proactively engaging with them to improve customer retention.
