Job Title: Senior Customer Service Executive (Air & Sea Freight)

Job Hours: 5.5 Days, 9am to 6pm

Job Location: Bukit Merah

• Exposure to airfreight, sea freight, documentation, permits and billing
• Suitable for experienced freight forwarding candidates who can work independently
• Direct reporting line to senior management in a lean team environment

• Coordinate import and export shipments for airfreight and sea freight
• Liaise with customers, shippers, consignees, airlines, shipping lines, warehouse teams and trucking vendors
• Perform vetting and checking of Air Waybills, Bills of Lading and related shipping documents
• Prepare and process shipment documentation including HBL, MBL, HAWB and MAWB
• Verify cargo details such as weight, shipping documents, commercial invoices and packing lists before processing
