Job Description
Join as a Senior Customer Insights Analyst focusing on risk management and customer satisfaction. Use data analysis to drive improvements in the customer lifecycle.
This role within the CX Insights team requires close partnership with Customer Success and Product teams. You'll leverage your analytical expertise to translate complex behavioral data into meaningful insights, helping to eliminate barriers to customer satisfaction and retention while driving actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Conduct end-to-end analysis of customer escalations
β’ Monitor trends to identify risk indicators
β’ Create insight packages to inform stakeholders
β’ Lead root cause analysis based on customer feedback
β’ Track action plans to reduce churn and escalations
Requirements:
β’ 5+ years in customer insights or business analysis
β’ Strong Salesforce proficiency for data insights
β’ Proven ability to build executive report...
