The Role
As the Senior Customer Advocacy Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you are the primary architect of Cloud’s proof of impact in one of our most critical global markets. You will bridge the gap between complex cloud technology and human‑centric storytelling, acting as a strategic matchmaker who transforms successful partnerships into powerful narratives that resonate with C‑suite executives and developers alike.
You aren't just managing general communications; you are the lead curator of a high‑impact customer advocacy pipeline, mining the DACH landscape—from DAX 40 icons to the Mittelstand—to find the authentic voices that validate our leadership in AI and Data Sovereignty.
