Duties & Responsibilities

1. Processing of banks via Bank Manager on Pastel Version 19
2. Processing Purchase Orders
3. Collaborating with Buyers to check pricing, order quantities, and avoid double ordering
4. Pulling Purchase Order Reports and following up with Buyers regarding stock and delivery issues
5. Processing all Supplier Invoices to ensure goods have been received and charged correctly
6. Following up on claims, credits, and overcharges from suppliers
7. Processing and following up on all Debit Order Payments & Invoices
8. Collecting and processing Credit Card/Debit Card slips, invoices, and expenses for both branches
