As a member of the Legal team, reporting to the Vice President of Legal and Assistant Corporate Secretary, you will serve as a primary attorney for UL Solutions’ corporate and business leadership. A Senior Counsel acts as a trusted legal advisor and provides legal counseling and advice on matters of significant legal impact to UL Solutions, including in respect of M&A and corporate governance.

+ Advise business partners, corporate functions and senior leadership on M&A transactions, venture investments, corporate governance, corporate restructuring and financing.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate and resolve legal matters that arise with respect to strategic transactions and corporate governance and administration matters.

+ Review, draft and negotiate agreements related to UL Solutions’ strategic transactions.

+ Lead special projects furthering the strategic goals and initiatives of UL Solutions.
