Position Title: Associate Counsel


Position Reports To: General Counsel



Position Summary


The Associate Counsel will be responsible for drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial and corporate contracts and provide legal support across multiple business units throughout the United States and Canada.



Essential Functions
+ Draft s , reviews, and negotiate s master service agreements and other commercial contracts.
+ Coordinate s with business leaders to ensure contracts are developed in line with division and corporate objectives .
+ Assist s in the development and integration of Apache’s contracting policies .
+ May provide legal support and contribute to litigation, human resources, and/or risk management functions .
+ Other Duties as assigned.





Education & Experience
+ Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree
