As a member of the Legal team, the Senior Counsel – Employment and Litigation (CC) is a core member of UL Solutions’ legal function. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Litigation and Disputes (ACG), the CC will work closely with Human Resources (HR) and with other business leaders to coordinate and assist on the following matters within the Chief Legal Office (CLO).

+ Advise HR and relevant business stakeholders on day-to-day employment matters, including wage and overtime standards, privacy rights, employee benefits, employee agreements and policies, employee performance management, discipline, termination, and investigations pertaining to allegations of harassment and discrimination.
