·Evaluate Bill of Materials (BOM) input and review BOM assumptions.

·Understand and adhere to standard costing processes to define product target price and tooling cost.

·Estimate product unit cost and tooling cost to establish target prices and tooling costs for new project quotes on specified commodities.

·Provide support for cost analysis during the sourcing phase, ensuring costs are accurate (e.g., stamping, injection molding, die casting).

·Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure target price achievement.

·Review supplier quotes and cost breakdowns to support gap closure analysis.

·Collaborate with teammates to evaluate and review different design-engineering and VAVE initiatives.

·Provide support for critical project Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and conduct cost walk/variance analysis.

·Ability to work under pressure and meet target deadlines.
