  • Reviews project budgets based on Design’s conceptual/schematic plans in terms of scope, specifications, project scope, and cost for management approval
  • Conduct audits as per Management’s directives and formulate improvement ideas
  • Oversees Cost Engineers in the preparation, review, and assessment of budget-related works
  • Manage Cost Control Management and Risk Management
  • Technology Proficiency (ie, MS Office, SAP S/4 HANA)
  • Regulatory Compliance (Policy Making & Implementation)
  • Team Management

    • Requirement

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Professional license is required
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Experience in estimating, costing, bidding, and quantity surveying
