We are currently looking for a Cost Controller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities :

+ Develop and update project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual)

+ Prepare project performance reports (including EAC, ETC, EVMS indicators, cost and schedule variances) in collaboration with the planning team

+ Monitor project costs throughout the full project lifecycle, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions

+ Consolidate and validate financial data from contractors and subcontractors

+ Ensure accuracy of payments, commitments, invoices, and purchase orders
