Purpose of the position

Ensure effective project cost control by establishing cost structures, monitoring financial performance, and providing accurate forecasts and analysis to support project delivery within the approved budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and cost control systems aligned with project and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project costs, revenues, and progress, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting (Estimates at Completion).
• Identify deviations from the Revised Control Budget and promptly communicate risks, trends, and corrective actions to project management.
• Prepare and maintain key project reports, including Cost Control Reports, Project Status Reports, and Cash Flow forecasts.
• Support procurement, invoicing, and contract change/claim processes by analyzing cost impacts and ensuring alignment with project controls.
