The Role

Reporting into the Head of Finance, the role includes:

-assist with equity raising process
-assist with ad hoc equity raising tasks
-group reporting and analysis
-budgeting and business planning
-funding support
-reporting and analysis

The Person

You will be CA/CPA or CFA qualified with 5 + years of experience.  Property development experience is essential to be considered for this role.  Strong attention to detail and communication skills will ensure your success.  Experience in various debt and equity structures is also highly desirable.
