We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Corporate Accountant to support global accounting operations, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements. This role will play a key part in month-end close, cross-functional initiatives, and special projects. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The position reports to the Manager of Corporate Accounting, based at our Northbrook Headquarters, with flexibility to work from our Chicago office. This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence three days per week.

+ Lead and execute month ‑ end, quarter ‑ end, and year ‑ end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations

+ Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies

+ Support internal and external audit requests

+ Support maintenance of Oracle Account reconciliation portal
