A growing organization in the property development sector is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to join its finance team on a contract basis. Reporting to senior finance leadership, this role will support corporate accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, asset management reporting, and special projects across a portfolio of entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting working papers for multiple entities
• Perform full-cycle accounting duties, including account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, intercompany transactions, and month-end close activities
• Prepare and maintain weekly corporate cash flow reports and support cash management initiatives
