Project Position - Senior Coordinator- Commissioning Training
Scope of Responsibilities
Responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of training programs and vendor site services within ADNOC projects. Integrates procurement, vendor management, logistics, documentation control, and cost tracking to ensure compliant, efficient, and timely delivery of both classroom-based training and on-site field services. Acts as a key interface between client, vendors, procurement, and project teams to support operational readiness and project execution.
Primary Duties
Initiate training service requests in procurement systems, defining scope, requirements, and vendor deliverables.
Coordinate collection and submission of training documentation (manuals, syllabi, trainer CVs) for client approval.
Manage document review cycles, including Technical Queries (TQs) and revisions, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
