• Understand basic food handling, hygiene and sanitation standards.

• Assist chefs in rolling the operation, maintaining cleanliness, and inventory listing.
• Cook and prepare a variety of food products as directed by the Chef De Partie and the head chef.
• Comply consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
• Portion foods and products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
• Prepare at any station required.
