Job Description
Details:
- Handle full set of BUC/ PTE conveyancing matters.
- Liaise with Banks, CPF Board, Solicitors and Clients on various conveyancing matters with the conveyancing solicitors.
- Manage client appointments and monitor deadlines.
- Maintain organized files and records to support case management and compliance.
- Demonstrate at least 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent skills in conveyancing or related legal work.
- Good communication skills, enthusiasm, and a positive and energetic attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good Organization skills and the ability to work independently.
