**Position Summary**

The Controls Engineer is responsible for the design, development and integration of all hardware drawings and software components as required to produce, complete, and fully functional building automation systems for assigned projects. This position is accountable for developing installation drawings and configuring site-specific program parameters within project databases to meet company standards and contract requirements.

+ Review plans, specifications and sales proposals for more complex projects and prepare engineering plans; Collaborates with other Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and contractors (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) during the design phase; Maintains project databases and job records on server.
