Job Description

The role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Control Engineer to lead our Service Control Engineers. The successful candidate will manage a team of Control Engineers in providing Technical Support & aftersales care for RIHC’s products in the Offshore Energy sector; ensuring clients’ needs are met in a professional & timely manner.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leadership and development of a small team of Control Engineers.
  • Providing Technical support, Investigation and resolution of Control System related issues across a wide range of RIHC products.
  • Implementing upgrades and updates to existing RIHC equipment.
  • Ensuring customers are well supported in their service needs and technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
