Senior Contracts Manager

Redheads Engineering Solutions is currently recruiting four Senior Contracts Managers to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion.

As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, decision-making, and ensuring that projects align with proposed budgets while adhering to deadlines. The role involves overseeing company operations to achieve profitability, quality, safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Duties & Responsibilities

Project Scope:

The Senior Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and progress of projects, including but not limited to:

• Roads and Earthworks
• Water and Sewer Reticulation
• Reservoir and Concrete Works
• Bulk Water Pipelines
• Building Works
• Facilities Management
