Job Description: 1) Pre-Award Contract Management . Review tender documents, contracts, confidentiality agreements or the like assigned by Manager to ensure that the Company's interests and requirements are addressed and met. . Provide contract summaries and identify key contract clauses and ensure that they are highlighted to project team in event of award & vendors in event of subcontracting. . Ensure contract documents are approved by internal stakeholders and signed by authorised person(s) of the Company. . Liaise with customers on submission of contractual documents. 2) Post-Award Contract Management . Assist in procurement of the on-going projects pertaining to vendors' responses to the Company's terms and conditions . Assist with issuance of bank guarantees / other type of guarantee letters .
