Senior Contract Exec

Your new company
My client is a well-established developer with a strong portfolio of residential and commercial projects. They offer excellent exposure to large-scale projects, career growth opportunities and a dynamic work environment. They are currently looking for an assistant contract manager or a senior contract executive to be part of their organisation.

Your new role
• Manage pre-and-post contracts for projects (e.g. mix development, high-rise buildings)
• Involve in budget planning and control for project estimation of costs, including Bill of Quantities for all disciplines, progress claim, variation order, etc.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors during the construction phase.
