Job Description

DEINE ROLLE

  • SAP-Beratung: Du optimierst die Serviceprozesse unserer Kunden mit SAP CS, S/4HANA Service und FSM.
  • Hands on: Das Requirement Engineering und die Erstellung von Fachkonzepten für Service-to-Cash Prozesse liegen ebenfalls in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Workshops: Dein Prozesswissen über Customer Service bringst du in Kundenworkshops ein.
  • Projektumsetzung: Du bist mittendrin, statt nur dabei. Ganzheitliche Serviceprozesse entwickelst du über die Systemgrenzen der verschiedenen SAP-Produkte (S/4HANA Service, SAP CS und FSM) hinweg.

    • DEIN PROFIL


  • Qualifikation: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet deine Grundlage für die Rolle. 
  • SAP-Background: Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit SAP Customer Service, S/4HANA Service und Field Service Management....
