SAP ist Teil der DNA von MHP – und HR einer der zentralen Hebel für nachhaltige Transformation. Als (Senior) Consultant SAP HCM mit Fokus Payroll & Time Management begleitest du unsere Kund*innen bei der Weiterentwicklung moderner HR‑Landschaften und bringst innovative SAP‑Lösungen erfolgreich in die Praxis.


Dabei warten die folgenden Aufgaben auf dich: 

  • End‑to‑End‑Beratung und Implementierung von SAP HCM‑Lösungen (H4S4 oder SAP ECP) in komplexen Kundenumfeldern

  • Beratung auf Augenhöhe zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR‑Prozessen mit Fokus auf Payroll und/oder Time Management

  • Analyse, Konzeption & Enablement: Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen, Workshops sowie strategische Beratung zu Lösungsoptionen und Best Practices

  • Technische Umsetzung: Customizing und Konfiguration des SAP‑HCM‑Systems inklusive Schemen und Regeln
