The successful candidate will lead key client renewals, design and structure alternative risk transfer solutions for large and listed organisations, and convert transactional engagements into value‑adding, strategic risk finance partnerships.
This is a client‑facing role requiring strong technical capability in cell captive structuring and broking, commercial acumen, and excellent stakeholder and coaching skills to grow revenue and uplift the servicing team.
