The Enterprise Digitisation & Change capability support the delivery of Squarcle consultancy tasks through managing transformation and ensuring robust programme management. The team is made up of subject matter experts, including P3M and Business Analyst specialists, that work within client facing tasks to deliver the against a specified mandate.
