Position Summary

The Senior Consultant is a core member of the project team, providing day-to-day leadership on management consulting engagements for retail and supply chain clients, primarily working onsite at client locations. In this role, you will own workstream outcomes end-to-end (plan analysis recommendation implementation plan), provide technical guidance, manage client relationships and project activities, and ensure high-quality, client-ready deliverables across workforce management, productivity improvement, engineered labor standards, and operational assessments. You will also manage and coach analysts/consultants while developing toward the Manager role, and travel as needed to support successful delivery of project deliverables.
