What you'll do

The Senior Learning Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging, interactive, and multimodal learning strategies and content.
+ Design and deliver enterprise blended learning programs and Instructor-Led training tailored to business and talent development needs.
+ Create learning experiences that integrate reinforcement, practice, and on-the-job application, equipping leaders with tools and strategies to support post-learning transfer and sustainment.
+ Develop comprehensive multimodal learning assets (eLearning, videos, infographics, resources) that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and interactive, using authoring tools and multimedia elements.
+ Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), business leads, HR partners, and external vendors to analyze learning needs and develop effective solutions.
