What you'll do
The Senior Learning Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging, interactive, and multimodal learning strategies and content.
Design and deliver enterprise blended learning programs and Instructor-Led training tailored to business and talent development needs.
Create learning experiences that integrate reinforcement, practice, and on-the-job application, equipping leaders with tools and strategies to support post-learning transfer and sustainment.
Develop comprehensive multimodal learning assets (eLearning, videos, infographics, resources) that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and interactive, using authoring tools and multimedia elements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), business leads, HR partners, and external vendors to analyze learning needs and develop effective solutions.
