Senior Consultant – Capital Projects (Civil Engineer) | Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute GRC advisory engagements for large-scale capital projects, including real estate developments, infrastructure projects, and mixed‑use assets.
• Conduct internal audit engagements across the full project lifecycle—feasibility studies, design management, planning and procurement, construction execution, and project handover—covering areas such as project management, contract administration, CAPEX controls, and financial reporting.
• Support enterprise risk management (ERM) initiatives including development of risk registers, risk appetite frameworks, and control matrices tailored to capital projects.
• Conduct gap analysis of processes and policies; design to‑be processes, SOPs, and operating models for project delivery and operations functions.
