• Broad experience in the Success Factors platform, focusing mainly in implementation and customization, and integration not only with other systems ( namely, Job Boards, etc. ), but also with other components ( namely, Employee Central );
• Expertise in Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing and/or Onboarding
• Successful integration into implementation teams, of “full-cycle” projects;
• Translation of business requirements into technical specifications;
• Training users on the functionalities and processes (with or without, Enable Now);
• Management and maintenance of tickets in your field of expertise, following analysis and resolution;
• Developing and maintaining documentation for the various solutions implemented;
