The Senior Construction Specialist leads the execution of capital projects from concept through start-up in alignment with the Marathon Project Management Process (MPMP). This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with MPC standards by collaborating across engineering, operations, project controls, and supply chain. Serving as a construction SME, the role drives technical excellence, contracting strategy, and execution performance across a portfolio of complex projects.
