About The Role

As an important part of the Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) Compliance function, your role is to act as a trusted adviser to CIB business stakeholders, promoting a strong compliance culture and ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and ethical standards to mitigate compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the local regulatory compliance point of contact for the CIB business in Finland, overseeing regulatory compliance risks and ensuring alignment with Group policies, instructions and standards.
• Provide expert advice on compliance obligations, identify and mitigate risks, and develop the annual Compliance Plan to ensure effective oversight.
