The Commercial Senior HVAC/Refrigeration Technician (Building Engineer Senior Analyst) helps keep building systems running safely and efficiently. This role focuses on HVAC, refrigeration, and general building systems to support a safe and comfortable work environment. The technician works independently and with a team in a fast‑paced setting and may support multiple locations.

**This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus: $1,500**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Use the building automation system (BAS/BMS) to monitor, troubleshoot, and repair system issues. Work with BMS technicians as needed.
+ Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment to ensure safe and proper operation.
+ Assist the Chief or Supervisor with managing subcontractors when needed.
+ Review work orders in the CMMS system and estimate time and materials for repairs.
