The Senior Commercial Client Manager is responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients while delivering exceptional client experience and supporting business retention and growth. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, coordinating coverage placement, policy administration, renewals, and day-to-day account management across multiple lines of commercial insurance.


Key responsibilities include developing strong client relationships, reviewing insurance programs for coverage adequacy, preparing renewal strategies and proposals, marketing accounts to carriers, negotiating terms and pricing, and responding to client service needs in a timely and professional manner.
