A client of ours within the legal sector is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Attorney to join their firm.

Location
Pretoria, Gauteng 

Requirements: 

• Specializing in Commercial LAW only.


• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in specifically commercial law.


• Independent drafting of commercial agreements.


• M&A exposure will be advantageous.


• Litigation experience will be advantageous.


• Tax/Financial background will be advantageous.


• LLB and B. Com (finance) degrees


• LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous


• Strong contract drafting skills


• Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&A’s, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.).


• Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.)
