- LLB degree (Essential)
- LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
- 6+ years experience specializing predominantly in corporate and commercial law matters (Essential - Not negotiable)
- Strong contract drafting skills
- Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&As, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.).
- Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial law and litigation processes
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (both verbal and written).
- Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.).
