The **Senior Commercial Accounts Manager, Lease Crude,** is responsible for managing commercial activities and originating crude oil supply across the West Texas region. This role owns the development and execution of lease crude purchasing strategies, including identifying and securing supply opportunities at the wellhead.

The position focuses on cultivating strong producer relationships, assessing market conditions, and negotiating commercial agreements to optimize value across the crude portfolio. As the primary commercial interface for assigned customers, this role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Trading, Legal, and Finance to execute transactions and deliver commercial outcomes aligned with business objectives.
