Insight Global is seeking a Senior CNC Programmer for one of our clients that is a cutting-edge aerospace startup developing advanced reentry systems to transform global logistics and national security capabilities.

As a Senior CNC Programmer you will support the machining and production of mission-critical spacecraft components. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will program and set up multi-axis machines and support high-priority aerospace builds in a fast-moving environment. In this role you will play a key role in turning complex designs into reliable, repeatable manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities will include but not limit:
- Program 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills and/or CNC lathes for aerospace components
- Work closely with design and manufacturing engineers on DFM feedback
- Interpret complex engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T
