The Senior ProgramEngineer (Operations) is responsible for the deployment, maintenance, andsupport of infrastructure across AWS cloud and on-premises environments ,including network systems.

This role combines infrastructureengineering and service desk operations , ensuring:

• High system availability, performance, and compliance
• Effective incident response and user support
• Seamless programme delivery across PMO systems

The engineer will work acrossservers, virtualisation platforms, cloud services, and network infrastructure,while also contributing to infrastructure modernisation and continuousimprovement initiatives.
