About the Role

You will provide clinical pharmacy services to support safe, effective, and cost‑efficient use of medicines across Hospital and Specialist Services in Waitematā. You will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, offering expert advice on medication management, safety, and quality improvement. The position also involves contributing to research, mentoring and developing staff, and supporting ongoing delivery of pharmacy services, including weekday, on‑call and weekend operations. You will be required to cover specialist areas such as renal, cardiology, haematology, critical care, and nutrition support.
