Responsibilities

• Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and assist in elective and trauma theatres
• Fast track patients through diagnosis, initiate investigations, and provide initial management and treatment plans for orthopaedic issues
• Triage T&O patients to improve decision‑making in clinic, admission, or further referral management
• Participate in clinical governance programme including appraisal, audit, research projects leading to publications
• Participate in on‑call rotation and quality improvement projects
• Teach and support junior staff and lead other junior doctors under consultant supervision
