Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients using medical history, dietary habits and lab data to develop personalized nutrition care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to implement evidence-based nutrition interventions aligned with patient treatment goals and improve health outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on nutritional strategies, providing tailored counseling that addresses specific dietary needs and preferences.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress by regularly reviewing dietary intake and health status, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
- Stay informed on the latest research and developments in clinical nutrition to provide cutting-edge care and enhance professional practices.
- Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience in a hospital setup.
