Senior Client Service Officer
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Service team at Mercer. This role will be based in our Brisbaneoffice. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As the Senior Client Services Officer, you will act as a critical link between our clients, financial advisors and other support staff managing a variety of client service tasks to ensure an outstanding client experience while maintaining compliance standards.
We will count on you to:
Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service needs, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Prepare and process financial planning documents, applications, and client reviews.
Support advisors by managing client schedules, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
