CACEIS Malaysia has been a cornerstone of asset servicing since 2008, evolving into a trusted hub of operational excellence within the global CACEIS network. Strategically located in IOI City, Putrajaya, the company employs over 1,200 skilled professionals and provides a broad spectrum of services to institutional clients across Europe.

You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day processing of reconciliations including Asset and Cash accounts on a daily basis via NXG to ensure the positions between the ledger and the relevant custodians agree. As a control function, the breaks on the reconciliation must be kept to a minimum level to ensure accurate data is maintained. The role is to deliver specific services to external and internal clients with a high level of quality, efficiency and a client‑first mindset.

You will support the Europe region with working hours of 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Flexibility is required to support business needs.
