We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Benefits team at Marsh. This hybrid role will be based in either the Wellington or Auckland offices and has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Senior Client Executive will act as the people risk adviser to our corporate, commercial and mid‑market client portfolio, providing total client management from relationship building, advisory services and claims advocacy. You will be the subject matter expert for the health and benefits insurance sector and will work closely with business development, placement, underwriter, and claims teams to grow and retain key accounts.
